Trying something different this week, with a set of five (quasi) architectural images, again shot with the M7 and Ilford Delta 400. While the grain tends to add character to the street images, I am not sure that it works so well for these kinds of shots.

The shots are very good but as you say the grain distracts a bit from the clear architectural lines!
Yes – I much prefer slower films (but never have them loaded at the right time!)
You have such a excellent eye for composition..I like ‘grain’! Personal thing probably.
Grain can be difficult to use well. With textured surfaces it often makes a image look more detailed than it is, which can work well in some cases.
Excellent gallery. I especially like the photo with nothing but diagonal lines and sky. Well done. :-)
