Someone taking out one of the city hire-bikes, Barcelona. Taken with a full-frame DSLR and 50mm lens.
This shows clearly the difference between images taken with the smaller cameras and those take with a large DSLR. The subject is looking away, giving time to move in to position to get the composition, aim the camera and focus. The slower photographic process usually results in a much better composed picture (the verticals and symmetry here were wonderful), but lacks the spontaneity of the images from the smaller cameras.
I really like the look you can get from a full-frame camera combined with a fast 50mm lens, and I am probably not the only one …
