Protesters blockading the Spanish National Police inside government finance offices, La Rambla de Catalunya, Barcelona. The protest lead to the arrest of the two heads of Assemblea and Òmnium Cultural who had incited the crowd to obstruct a judicial order attempting to close down the referendum.
